Virtual Annual & Board Meeting: May 19, 2022

Please take notice that the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Members of Las Villitas Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held virtually on May 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. via the application “Zoom.” The purpose of this meeting will be to elect two (2) Board Members, to review financial reports of the affairs of the Association and to transact any other business.

If you are interested in serving on the Board, please email, mail or fax in your request to  Magnolia Property Management, Inc. so that your name may be placed on the ballot.  Your involvement is vital in order to preserve the quality of your Association.

Annual Meeting: April 9, 2020

In accordance with the governing documents for Las Villitas Homeowners Association, Inc., the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on April 9, 2020 PROMPTLY at 10:00 a.m., at Las Villitas Subdivision Gazebo & Pool Area in McAllen, TX 78503. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m. in order to sign in and receive your materials before the meeting starts.  The meeting will be held for the following purposes:

  • To elect two (2) three year term Board Members
  • To consider reports of the affairs of the Association
